Returns & Exchanges Policy

 Non-Customized Products

 Returns

 

  • You can return any non-customized product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at theartofthecase@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

Exchanges

 

  • We offer exchanges for non-customized products within 30 days of delivery.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at theartofthecase@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • In cases where the exchange item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

Customized Products 

Please note that customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

 

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect customized product, please contact our Customer Service team at theartofthecase@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Refunds 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment.
