Non-Customized Products
Returns

You can return any non-customized product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at theartofthecase@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges for non-customized products within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at theartofthecase@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

In cases where the exchange item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
Customized Products
Please note that customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Refunds
